The options panel contains these settings for header blocks.
If you want your header block to contain an image only instead of the WordPress title and tagline (such as if your image contains all the text you want), follow these steps:
- Click Choose Image for the Header Image option.
- Do one of the following:
- Under the Upload Files tab, upload an image from a local drive.
- Under the Media Library tab, click Show next to an image you have already uploaded.
- Click the Use Image button.
If an image is wider than your header block, you may want to toggle on the automatic resizing option so the image width is set to the block’s width (applies to images uploaded from your computer or selected from your media library). A resized image is centered vertically within the block, so you may also want to adjust the height of the block to show the entire image.
To remove the tagline without adding an image, toggle on the Hide Tagline option.
